The Neelabi were a shy, fish-like species from the oceanic Outer Rim planet of the same name. They could only breathe in water. They can be easily identified by their beady eyes and short stature. The podracer Occo Ninebar was forced to race in a podracer with a water filled bubble. Thus, if he crashed, he could not escape quickly if his cockpit was thrust into a wall.
