Spike-finned sounders were a species of large predatory fish from the ocean planet of Kamino. They were similar in appearance to the Opee Sea Killer but had a different tail and fin shape, and also hunted in large packs, usually hunting Aiwhas and Saberjowls. A large pack of Spike-finned sounders saved human Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker from being eaten by Saberjowl. People believed that the sounders were created by the Kaminoans using cloning.
