The Feledrin are a sapient species of gestalts. Each individual of this race is actually a "compound" of six smaller beings which speak in unison, and whose minds are interlinked in a telepathic matrix. However, each of these beings is still capable of operating independently if necessary. They can also survive in the vacuum of space for several minutes unharmed.
