The Facsim is short for Factory Created Simulated Lifeforms in the Zooniverse.
Biology[]
Facsim are created being that look like flat rectangular beings with big lips and small beady eyes. They are strong beings, with a single punch from their hands enough to punch through consteel walls. Highly durable creatures, shot pellets ricochet off their bodies and nerve rays have no effect on them as they have no nerves. They require no sustenance to survive and could pummel a being indefinitely. Decapitating them is also near impossible as they have shown to have quite elastic heads which can reshape back even when under extreme pressure and tension. However they are susceptible to liquid solvent that is used to break down synthetic refuse.

Facsims are often used as bodyguards.
