"Earth Transformers" are an unnamed subspecies of Cybertronians from the planet Earth.
Biology[]
Anatomy[]
Earth Transformers share a similar biology to other Cybertronians.
Powers and abilities[]
Earth Transformers share many of the same abilities as other Cybertronians.
Earth Transformers manufactured by Kinetic Solutions Incorporated perform their own interpretation of transformation called "hypno-transformation", in which they explode into a cloud of living metal particles and reform into either their robot or alternate modes.[1]
Weaknesses[]
Earth Transformers share many of the same weaknesses as other Cybertronians.
Culture and society[]

Earth's insignia
Earth Transformers appear to share the same culture as Cybertronians originating from Cybertron.
Religion[]
Earth Transformers are associated with the Thirteenth Prime/The Arisen.
History[]
The origins of Earth Transformers vary across universe clusters, ranging from mutations created by exposure to sources of Energon such as the AllSpark to even drones created by Humans that later developed sentience.
Primax Cluster[]
The most prominent Earth Transformers are Nemesis Prime, a clone of Optimus Prime who is built either by Decepticons or human mad scientists; and Nightbird, a female ninja robot who was originally built to "benefit mankind" before being reprogrammed into a Decepticon.
Primax 984.17 Alpha[]
Inspired by the dinosaur fossils found by Ironhide in the volcanic caves near the Ark, Wheeljack and Ratchet designed and built new Autobots in their image. Dubbing them the Dinobots, Grimlock, Slug, and Sludge were the first of their kind to be built. After some initial troubles, their performance pleased Optimus Prime enough that he commissioned the addition of Snarl and Swoop.
Primax 903.0 Beta[]
Zoom-Zoom is a human-created artificial intelligence program based on data taken from the Autobot Jazz, placed inside a spare Mazda RX-8-model Alternator body. Basing Zoom-Zoom's name on Mazda's advertising slogan, Jazz treats him in many respects like a son or brother, even teaching him how to dance.
Energon Universe[]
Shredhead is an Autobot created from the combined sparks of Cliffjumper's deceased clan and the remains of Carly's van. His birth was meant to both bolster the forces of Elita One's resistance cell and bring back hope to the scattered Autobot forces still on Cybertron.
Aurex Cluster[]
Earth Transformers are the descendants of Cybertronians who came to Earth centuries ago aboard the starship Atlantis. The most prominent examples among the Autobots are Evac, Crosswise, and Mini-Con Strongarm, though some accounts claim that Mudflap also counts. The Ancient Decepticons are bestial Earth Transformers descended from the same colonists, with the most prominent members being Thunderblast and Lugnutz.
Tyran Cluster[]
Several Earth Transformers were originally ordinary Earth vehicles before exposure to the AllSpark's energy mutated them into sentient Cybertronians. Although Longarm, Salvage, and Landmine would join the Autobots, Jolt would join the Decepticons.
By May 2018, Kinetic Solutions Incorporated had manufactured over 50 man-made, remote-controlled Cybertronian drones by exploiting the reconfigurable properties of living metal. While individual units such as Stinger and the Oreo Transformer exist, there are four common types of KSI Cybertronians: KSI Sentries, KSI Bosses, Junkheaps, and "Two Heads".
Malgus Cluster[]
Earth Transformers start out as Earth technology before being empowered by the power of the AllSpark either through its fragments or Sari Sumdac's AllSpark Key. Notable examples include Soundwave, Wreck-Gar, and Stretch. Various Dinobots, Constructicons, and Mini-Cassettes are also presented as Earth Transformers.
Cyberverse Universe[]
Cheetor was once one with the AllSpark, but was brought to Earth by it and given his current bestial form to act as the relic's guardian. For countless years, Cheetor traveled the world with the AllSpark, using GroundBridges to move from place to place. That all changed when he first noticed the Autobots Bumblebee and Windblade. From that point on, he observed both the Autobots and Decepticons from afar, hoping their war would one day end so they could all be united together in the AllSpark.
Alternate history[]
Autobots JP93 and JP12 are assigned to return the dinosaurian Decepticons living at Jurassic Park to their containment paddocks whenever they are "out of containment".
Notes[]
- The Ancient Decepticons' backstory shares a few notable similarities to that of both the Decepticon Pretenders in the Super-God Masterforce cartoon and the ancient Predacons featured in Transformers: Prime.
- In the preliminary stages of Transformers: Animated's development, any Cybertronians created on Earth (such as Soundwave and the Dinobots) would have been collectively identified as "Constructicons".[2]
- The Jurassic Park-inspired characters featured in the Transformers Collaborative toyline are implied to be Earth Transformers. This is evident by the packaging bios for each two-pack, with the dinosaurian Decepticons being regarded as "assets" by Jurassic Park staff.
