Biology[]

A green skinned reptilian humanoid race.

History[]

In 1997 a man known as Lyon Sprague discovered a means of faster than light travel. Inventing the Sprague Interstellar Drive, his invention carried humanity to the stars and beyond. By the 40th century humanity was known as the greatest power in the universe. The Droon seeing that humanity was far too powerful to defeat using conventional warfare stole a the Time Control's secret plans for temporal warp displacement. Using it the Droon went back in time to change the past to ensure that humanity never achieved such heights. Starting at 1978, the Droon provoked the human nations to go into nuclear war and destroy itself in World War Three.

After destroying humanity's future, the Droon began to destroy the surviving human temporal outposts stationed in humanity's past. The Time-Control managed to locate the person responsible for starting the chain of events that would lead to the end of humanity. It was pinpointed to be James Blocker who would in the future transport an Israeli assassin that would start the nuclear end. The Droon tracked the Time Control to their base 85 million years in the past to prevent them from warning Blocker. However the Time Control and Blocker escaped and managed to come to a time when Blocker was transporting the assassin to his destination. There the heroes foiled the younger James Blocker's assignment and with it the Droon's plan, thus restoring time to as it was.

Later it was suspected that the Droon attempted to manipulate time again, by having the Nazis win World War Two. Instead it turned out to be a rogue member of the Time Control.
