The Dronidians are a sapient species which are externally indistinguishable from Humans. Their homeworld of Dronid was formerly ruled over by a Time Lord dissident and it's possible that the Dronidians themselves might be descendants from Gallifreyan colonists. The infamous megalomaniac Dr. Skagra is a member of this species.
