The drayver is a creature native to Conrad’s World.

Biology[]

The drayver is an animal similar to an Earth horse though larger and meaner. Human scientists used the genetic sequence of Earth horses and combined it with a wild animal that’s native to Conrad’s World. The result is an enormous four-legged animal with a great maned head.

Sadly drayvers are rare on Conrad’s World as there were few successes. Most domesticated beasts of burden are small, scrawny creatures the human colonists call ponies, but are really only half-assed horses that were numerous failed experiments, but far more numerous. Drayvers are twice their size, and a lot better adapted to Conrad's World than the creatures. They are now used by colonists as beasts of burden.
