The Deviants are bizarre humanoids with "ugly" features. Some are larger than normal humans, some look significantly less human than others. Some may have wings, others have horns, sharp teeth, claws, you name it.
Earth-199999[]
In the reality designated as "Earth-199999", the Deviants don't even look remotely human, being much more animalistic and eldritch than their Earth-616 incarnations.
