The Desert Skates are wild creatures that live in the Martian Deserts. The Desert Skates are predatorial towards other species, especially towards the Grineer that reside on Mars.
Anatomy[]
The Desert Skate is a rajoid creature, it has a flattened body, similiar to the Skates on Earth. It has a slender and pointed snout with a wide mouth under it. On the top side, the Desert Skate has two well-developed eyes, able to widhstand the martian sand. The Desert Skates have a pair of large pectoral fins. It has 4 legs on it's back, which it uses to stand up after burrowing out of the sand. The Skate has a long tail on it's back with a sharp stinger.
