Delta Halo Fish are a species of non-sapient purple skinned fish that live on Installation 05, also known as the Delta Halo. They can be found on the Installation in most locations that contained water, such as rivers, ponds, and so on. It is believed that the fish, like most other species on the Halo rings, were created by the Forerunners when they built the rings.
