Deliria is a Royal Queen and a Criminal who dumped her trash on different planets introduced in the Zula Patrol.
Biology[]
Deliria's Species are Yellow Green skinned humanoids with Shapeshifting abilities, Extendable Necks, Extendable Arms and Legs, Royal Clothing and a Crown-like Helmet. She can turn herself into a broom or any object.
Description[]
She is a vain, selfish and greedy villainess. Deliria No Longer takes responsibility for her actions, and blames them on her robot servant, Cloid. She also repeatedly ignores the law, hence why the Zula Patrol constantly gives her tickets for littering, Speeding and Reckless Driving.
Culture[]
Deliria owns a Vast Empire of factories that create defective goods that she sells throughout the Solar System. Deliria also hates Dark Truder (as heard in Villian of the Year) mainly due to the fact he gets more praise for his crimes than her.
