The Delbians are a sapient humanoid race hailing from the planet Delb II. At least one member of this species, Nellen Tore, worked as an assistant to Human Admiral Norah Satie in 2367, along with the Betazoid Sabin Genestra. This suggests that the Delbians might be members of the United Federation of Planets.
