|Behind the Scenes|
The Crested Mockiwi is a tougher member of the Mockiwi family group that has been observed in isolated areas on PNF-404.
Like other Mockiwis, the Crested Mockiwi is its group variation to the stronger Bulbears. Its body is covered in purple feathers with pink skin underneath, with a slightly smaller beak. As the name suggests, it also has a large head crest made of pink feathers, used for display and intimidation of rivals.
Crested Mockiwi are isolated in range, only existing where the more adaptive Bulborb family group hadn't taken a foothold. It is theorized because of this, that if Bulborbs did enter any territory of these Mockiwi, it will be wiped out fairly quickly.
