The Crazy Critter of Bald Mountain is the fanciful nickname given to an equally fanciful-looking alien which was sighted by multiple witnesses in the night of November 17th, 1974, on Bald Mountain, in the vicinity of Chehalis, Washington, USA. Three days earlier, a UFO had been observed in the same area, laying credit to idea that the strange beast was indeed extraterrestrial in origin.

The Crazy Critter has been described as a horse-sized, inexplicably luminescent quadrupedal beast. Its body is covered in scales which emit green, iridescent light. Its four legs have been described as "rubbery" and covered in suckers much like a cephalopod's tentacles. The head is ovoid in shape and also has a pair of antennae.
