Citaláns have eight legs and two hands. Their heads are elongated.
History[]
Citaláns welcomed the Achaia. The Achaia implants were seen as a symbol for crowns. They constructed their graveyard around the Achaia artifact. Their writing system resembles Human cuneiform style.
