The Chumbu is a species that can be encountered on several planets of the galaxy.

Elusive and well-camouflaged in the forest habitat due to its green skin, Chumbus are fairly docile creatures and are often found in small groups foraging on fruits. After study, the three sets of "fins" along its back are actually sensory organs, functionally similarly to Human ears.
Some noted that the Chumbu is very similar in appearance to the more advanced Hoosie, with similar features including jaw structure, and hand configuration. This brought on the theory that Chumbus are a branching evolutionary species evolving from the Dorky - which are ancestors to the Hoosie.
If this is correct, that would make this a distant relative, evolving into a more elusive animal compared to the more aggressive Hoosies.
