The Chosen are a race that come from The Melding appear to be utterly identical to humans. It is unknown if they ARE humans affected by the Melding, however. Information about them is very scant.
Physiology[]
The Chosen are pale skinned humanoids. They have a symbiotic relationship with the Melding with a major goal being to reunite the Melding on Earth with the Melding from its universe of origin. This revelation implies that the Melding is sentient and that the Chosen are extensions of its will. Another theory is that the Chosen were once human, but were corrupted by the Melding into loyal minions.

Little is known about the Chose other than that they are a group of mysterious warriors hell-bent on destroying the remnants of humanity.
