Chloropods are a sapient arachnoid species. At least one member of this species, a criminal affiliated with a Boglodite named Boris the Animal, was present on Earth in 2012.
Biology[]
Chloropods are black-skinned arachnoid humanoids, with mostly Human-like bodies and fully arachnid heads. They have long, dark hair with some red streaks, along with red quill-like structures protruding from their forearms, red mandibles, and four round, inexpressive red eyes.
History[]
Sometime before 2012, at least one Chloropod arrived on Earth. In 2012, after a Boglodite assassin named Boris the Animal escaped from his prison on the moon, a Chloropod became one of his agents. The Chloropod, along with several other alien criminals allied with Boris, went to a Chinese-styled restaurant run by a semi-humanoid gastropod-like alien named Mr. Wu, where he took a seat in a somewhat secluded part of the restaurant, poorly covering his alien visage with a menu. Soon, two Human agents of the Men in Black (MIB) arrived, investigating Mr. Wu, who was serving alien food to Human customers. The agents, J and K, took a seat in the dining area after ordering Mr. Wu to only serve Human food to Humans, where K noticed the Chloropod and the other alien customers. Once enough aliens were gathered in the restaurant in anticipation of Boris' arrival, K told J that he would take the Chloropod, before a shootout started between the agents and the aliens, sparked by a Taranbee pulling his gun on the agents shortly after entering. After the Taranbee was killed by J, the Chloropod got up, drawing his pistol, but was quickly vaporized by a shot from K. However, after the timeline was altered by Boris the Animal being killed in 1969, the shootout in the restaurant was likely erased from existence, sparing the Chloropod.
