Cerebellians are a sapient species from Cerebellia, which is part of a double planet with the Blobbulons' homeworld, Blobbulus.

Cerebellians are short-statured bipeds, with bodies shaped like a Human brain with small slender limbs. They have four-fingered hands and four-toed feet. Like Blobbulons, they can survive in the vacuum of space without any protective equipment.
What appear to be eyeglasses are, in fact, the actual eyes of a Cerebellian, which can be harmlessly removed to reveal nothing more than a pair of small orifices behind them. At night, Cerebellians remove their eyes and sleep inside jars containing an unidentified liquid.
Cerebellians can make parts of their bodies glow in different colors.
The right side of their brains controls their emotions, while the left side controls their rationality.
