Celation's species are a sapient extra-galactic race, regarded in the 40th century as one of the great powers of the outer galaxies. In the year 4000, a representative of this species became one of several allies of the Daleks in their planned invasion of the Milky Way.
Biology[]
They physically resemble tall hairless humanoids with most of their bodies covered by dark round structures.
Breathing in an oxygen-rich atmosphere, such as that of the planet Kembel can be difficult for them, causing them to speak with what's been described as "a throaty, disjointed effect".
