All intelligent races native to, or which have long inhabited, the Isop Galaxy. Taking note that since the name Isop is likely a Time Lord designation, it is possible that this corresponds to a galaxy known on Earth by a different name.
Another note, some sources have stated that Raxacoricofallapatorius is within Isop although others state it in the Milky Way so which of the two they come from remains ambiguous for now.
