Non-Spacefaring Civilizations are those still confined to their home world, lacking the necessary technology to spread through other planets and systems (or, in some rare cases, possessing the technology but not the will).

Please note that some of these species may still be found away from their homeworlds, having been brought there with the help of another race or races.
