Hyper advanced aliens are aliens that are as advanced as they can possibly be. For an alien to be classified a hyper advanced, the aliens must have reached a point in their existence when they are the most powerful and advanced lifeforms in their universe. They are able to manipulate all forms of matter and, at the very least, create passages into other universes.
