This category shows the alien species that has a very low populations due to cataclysmic events such as a rare virus or environmental changes, and in certain cases the races own fault by creating self aware machines that rebelled and took over, and in rare cases thanks to racial purity which leads to inbreeding which also leads to infertility and low resistance to infection.
