The C'Aranka is a creature native to the Luxan Homeworld.
Biology[]
C'Aranka are huge red-scaled quadrupedal creatures, around 5-6 meters tall. They are massive, dangerous beasts that roam the jungles, deserts, and forests of the Luxan Homeworld.
They are the top predators on their planet, known to consume everything they can on an already competitive planet.
One of the most feared creatures in the galaxy, they can swallow a Luxan whole. They have a poor sense of taste as they do not mind the tang of Luxan blood, which is venomous.
C'Aranka are solitary creatures and only gather to mate. A female after mating will lay five to ten eggs. These eggs are guarded by the mother until they hatch. Though once the eggs hatch, the mother will ignore the you and may even eat them if they cross paths.
C'Aranka do not appear off the Luxan Homeworld, as there are numerous interplanetary laws that forbid their transport. Even so the creatures are difficult to catch. However a few specimens have been smuggled offworld for display at zoos, both public and private
Some crime lords keep C'Aranka for gladiatorial combat and other sadistic forms of entertainment.
C'Aranka eggs are said to be a delicacy among many species and people risk death and maiming just to acquire these eggs. The transportation of C'Aranka eggs is allowed due to being easier and safer to transport,
