This species seems to be humanoid, though they possess black sclerae and green irises. They are blue-skinned and sport flaps on the sides of their heads
History[]
One member of this species holds a seat on the Galactic Council of the Union of Justice and Order. It rejected King Gaudin II's appeal to lift the blockade over his homeworld stating that the Council should look comply with the legal issue concerning the proposal.
