"Bugs" is an unofficial designation given to a sapient species of tiny insectoids which eat garbage and are known to infest restaurants in space stations.
Biology[]
Bugs are minuscule creatures with two pairs of proportionally-short legs and a pair of arms terminating in tridactyl hands. Curiously, they refer to all their six limbs as "legs", even though only four of them are used for walking. They have a pair of bulging eyes, a tubular mouth and a pair of antennae. Their color can be brown, green, blue, dark red or orange.
Bugs are born from eggs laid by a Queen. Their lifespan is not long, as over 60 generations pass in less than a year.
Culture and society[]
Bugs are an eusocial species ruled by a Queen, and are not used to making decisions without consulting her. Their technology includes vehicles shaped like larger insects. They're generally regarded as disgusting by other species.
