Bor Gullets are a species of strange, multi-tentacled terrestrial beasts which have the ability to read minds and can be used to telepathically extract information from people during interrogations.
This method was employed by Saw Gerrera on the planet Jedha, although the origins of the Bor Gullet remain unclear and it may not be a native to that world. Having one's mind probed by a Bor Gullet also tends to have potentially-destructive effects on the victim's mental integrity.
