The Booster is a species of carnivorous microscopic creature that can be found on several planets of the galaxy. It's one of the earliest known organisms to evolve jet propulsion as a method of locomotion.
Biology
Being a cell-like organism, Boosters have a very simply anatomy: a pincer maw at the front, three sets of stalked eyes, and a jet propulsion organ on the back of the body.
The Boosters are very fast with this evolutionary new method of movement, making them the fastest form of cellular creatures known at the time. With lack of defenses however, they're just as vulnerable to other predators as herbivorous cells are.
