Bonca are grazing animals native to Yavaun. These graving herds mostly eat broad sections of bushes and trees.

Boncas are revered by the Shama'Li, whose Cavalier units are specially trained to subdue wild Bonca as mounts. Bonca are normally quite docile, their bulk and surprising speed can make them formidable in battle. The Shama'Li do not take their use of Bonca mounts lightly. Any Shama'Li capable of walking rushes to defend a Bonca herd under attack. In this manner, skirmishes often break out between devoted Shama'Li and sadistic Tha'Roon troops who often hunt the great beasts for pleasure.
