Boges are wasp-like creatures born from Gorm’s illusions and native to Kek.

Biology[]

Boge anatomy consists of a four-eyed head (two eyes on each side) with five mandibles arranged in a circular beak-like fashion, two arms with clawed hands, two wings, and an abdomen with an apparent stinger. Its entire body is covered in a sand-red and grey/silver exoskeleton. Its appearance in some parts of their body as well as some of their abilities suggest the Boge may be part machine. They also let out a characteristic metallic squeal.

Boges are about two feet in length with an unknown wingspan. Boges usullly attack in groups, while lone Boges are sent out as scouts. They are capable of recording, transmitting and projecting images and video of what they see.

Initially Boges were simply intangible illusions designed as a scare-tactic, but eventually Gorm had found a way to give them mass, turning them into physical beings.

Despite being born from illusions, Boges appear to exhibit a type of reproductive cycle and colony behavior. Boge nests are filled with cocoons and larvae. It is never mentioned how their life cycle works, other than that they require feeding. They are either carnivores or omnivores. Eventually Boge larvae form a cocoon and metamorphose into the mature Boge.
