The Blubbug is a northern creature alongside the Puffy Blubbug that was discovered by Captain Olimar during his Sparklium expedition onto PNF-404.
Description[]
Blubbugs are twice as tall and three times as wide as a standard Hocotatian. Its head is small with a brown color, with small antennae to make it insect-like. Its legs, unlike most if not all other creatures, are positioned in a diamond-shape: one front leg, a set of middle legs, and one back leg. Its entire body is covered in a thick layer of blubber to keep it warm in the colder climates.
According to Olimar, the only physical way to harm it is to attack its inner core. What exactly this means is unclear. The exterior of the animal is rubbery, and most smaller animals will bounce off of it if they charge into it.
