The Blackbird was a creature native to Aless.

A huge, pudgy bird that kind of resembles a black colored chicken. It's quite a delicious, as not only the meat is edible but the white liver it has is a delicacy.
but also quite rare that even most humans on Aless do not know its name. The name his has just a name a foreigner to Aless had given it. These creatures are capable of flight, but never budge from a tree they were roosting on unless they sense danger. Even when its wings are incapacitated, it can still run quite fast, though the running speed of the bird was somewhat slower compared to humans.
