The Bioluminescent Butterflies are a race of alien butterfly that lives on a small canyon-like section of Alpha near Boulan-Bathor territories and Paradise Alley. While not much is known about the butterflies, they are the prey of a race of alien lizards that live in the same section of Alpha as the butterflies. The Boulan-Bathors catch the alien lizards by using specially designed fishing rods where the hook is disguised as a bioluminescent butterfly. Boulan-Bathors use these fishing rods to catch alien lizards as well as whoever or whatever else the hooks come across.
