Beebs are swarming arthropods with five legs and a pair of large front appendages resembling pedipalps, which are used as currency by all Bios. Beebs whose polyphenistic camouflage has locked on to imitating a flashing yellow surface are considered highly valuable. They have the ability to survive in both water and lava for an indefinite period of time. Beebs are a serious threat to bios as vermin and have been known to devour individuals who couldn't defend themselves.
