Arkeyans are a race of robots seen throughout the realm of Skylands. Most of them were shut down some time after the Iron Fist of Arkus was removed from the original Arkeyan King.
Biology[]
Arkeyans seem to be robotic creatures, although they have human-like skeletons. With a few exceptions, such as Weapon Master, Drill Sergeant and Defense Towers, all most Arkeyans appear to be humanoid by design.
History[]
Arkeyans first appeared ten thousand years in the past of Skylands, where they were creating an army for the Arkeyan King, by enslaving Mabu. The Arkeyans may have also fought against large stone animals juring this time frame, such as a Stone Monkey. Although after eight elemental creatures that went under the group names of the Giants, or either Elder Elementals and possibly the first Skylanders, went to fight against they Arkeyans and shut down all of them by removing the Iron Fist of Arkus from the now dismantled Arkeyan King.
Some Arkeyans have suvived the ten thousand years, either by wondering the land or by waking up from rest. Some known Arkeyans, being Chop Chop, Drill Sergeant and Krypt King did end up joining the Skylanders and some of their subteams to elp Skylands.
At one point, after Kaos destroyed the Core of Light, an Arkeyan known as the Weapon Master woke up and asked the Skylanders to enter his city. This lead to the Skylanders waking up a small Arkeyan army and them trying to fight against them with a small bit of help from an Arkeyan War Machine to collect a bottle of quicksilver and the eternal Magic source. Some Arkeyans may have appeared in Dragons Peak to help local Dragons.
Since Kaos was sent to Earth by his last sceme, he tried to get back to Skylands and awoken the Arkeyan Conquertron, where the Conquertron was tried to help Kaos, only to later ask if he wanted to reawaken the Arkeyan army once again. The Skylanders and Giants once tried to free a Machine Ghost in a snow-clops temple so that they could use the help of a blue Arkeyan War Machine to enter the 'Secret Vault of Secrets', leading to the Skylanders to fight against Arkeyans until they reached the vault, only for the Conquertron to come by and berried Machine Ghost under some rubble, leading to the Conquertron to show Kaos and Glumshanks a map, only to destroy it by accident. Both Kaos and the Skylanders did find a way to the Lost City of Arkus, an old temple that belonged to the Arkeyans, leading Kaos to become the new Arkeyan King and reawoken the Arkeyan army within the city ad sent them to fight against the Skylanders. The Arkeyans later went back into slumber after Kaos was defeated and had the Iron Fist of Arkus removed from him.
An Arkeyan graveyard was seen around a part of Skylands known as Woodburrow at one point, leading to the Arkeyans to reawaken from their sleep and went to attack the Skylanders.
Some Arkeyans may have been seen on a few race tracks at one point.
Arkeyans were also seen in a place called the Sensei Tech Realm.
