Argit's Species is an unnamed porcupine-like species from an unknown planet in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Biology

Anatomy

Pure members of this species resemble small humanoid porcupines with big yellow eyes and black quills for hair.

Hybrid members resemble ordinary Humans, but with dark skin and thorns on their face and elbows.

Powers and abilities

Pure members of this species are able to stop their pulses in order to play dead, and can also shoot their quills to paralyze or incapacitate other lifeforms including Osmosians, To'kustars, Sonorosians, Talpaedans, Arachnichimps, and their evolved counterparts.

Hybrid members of this species can grow their quills and thorns from anywhere on their body. They can also retract them and even break them off to use as melee weapons.

This species is stronger, more durable, and more agile than ordinary Humans. They can also move on all four limbs at superhuman speeds and possess both acrobatic and gymnastic capabilities.

Weaknesses

Being fairly small and only good for their spikes, this species' own strength and durability is not always enough against more powerful opponents.

This species can accidentally be knocked out with their own quills. Their quills can also be glued to their heads, preventing them from shooting them.

This species can lose all of their spikes and fur if they fire too many or are scared enough.

Notes

  • The Omnitrix's representative for this species is named Snorecupine.[1] Despite never appearing on-screen, it has been confirmed that his DNA is presently available in the Omnitrix.[2]
  • It is unknown whether this species is related to Porcupine, a minor character in the original series.
  • According to Duncan Rouleau, the Omnitrix from the Ben 10 reboot contains DNA for this species. Therefore, Snorecupine is one of the countless aliens whose DNA pod was glimpsed in the episode "Innervasion Part 5: High Override".
