The Arcturians appear to be beings with brown rough skin and black vacant eyes.
History[]
In the far future, the Arcturians were waring with the Galactic Earth Forces over control of a planet. The Arcturians held the advantage possessing strong lines of defense. However the human army having brainwashed 800 Grabulbs to fight against the Arcturians saw to the slaughter of the entire defense line leading the Arcturian War to end with a clear victory to Earth.
