The Arctic Blue are a subspeices of Blue that live in the northern waters of Earth.
Biology[]
Distant cousins of the Blue, they retain the ability to turn into water, but traded their hydrokinesis for the ability to manipulate ice and in some abnormal cases turn into ice.
Culture and society[]
The Arctic Blue, though isolationist, are just as advanced as the Blue. The Arctic Blue armor is equipped with poisonous quills that can be fired off into enemies.
