The Anurian are a humanoid race of amphibians possessing great leg strength enabling them to leap at impressive leaps.

The Anurians are a peaceful society led by their Council of Elders and also appear to possess a form of ancestor worship.
History[]
The Anurians were one of the only races that rose to fight against the tyranny of the Blatarians, however they were at a severe technological disadvantage against the invaders but managed to draw the line and prevent the Blatarians from conquering their homeworld. To change the tide of the war General Modi of the Anurians managed to secure a cache of data crystals from the Squamatans that would give his people the technological edge. However he did not anticipate that the Squamatans would sell him out to the Blatarians who then pursued him and his ship. The Anurians sent out the Anti-Invasion Unit to extract Modi with heavy casualties but managed to return him and the crystals to Anuria.
