The Amphimen are a race of green-skinned, red-eyed humanoids which live in the kingdom of Aquaria: within an air-filled underwater dome amidst the Magnetic Sea of the planet Sagar. They live in a monarchy ruled by King Neptul. They're enemies of the Flame People.
