The Allotropes (alternatively known as Storm Troopers) are an alien species from the 1986 horror game Nachisu.
Biology[]
Allotropes are carbon-based lifeforms which travel at hypersonic speed, at least five times the speed of sound. They are capable of transforming into various forms including diamond, graphite, and fullerene. Although some allotropes look almost exactly alike, they are often very different internally and externally due to carbon variation. They are designed to drain the life-force of humanity and leave the world in a state of misery.

Security Control Room
According to urban legend, while the allotropes warped and changed their form, a secret government database of encoded information was downloading into the user’s brain. This multinational arcade game was permanently banned in every country and was supposedly locked away in Area 51. Conveniently, there are no public records to prove the whereabouts of this game.
At the time, this game was well documented and researched. The press speculated that allotropes might potentially be a conscious artificial intelligence developed by the Central Intelligence Agency.
