Allen Wrench is a metallic-based lifeform who was found in a meteor that crash-landed on planet Earth. He currently works in a Swedish furniture store in Springfield.

Virtually nothing is known about this alien's homeworld and biology, except that he has a strong biological need for tungsten. Externally, his torso, legs, arms, and fingers resemble Allen wrenches of varying sizes, the largest being his torso.

- In real life, there are some species of bacteria that do require tungsten to live, which makes this metal the heaviest chemical element used by living organisms.
- He shares his name with a tool known as an "Allen wrench", also called a "hex key", which he greatly resembles. His limbs also appear to be allen wrenches, and his fingers are even smaller Allen wrenches.
