These aliens represent an unnamed race of peculiar-looking humanoids.
Biology[]
They are short humanoids with bagged skin, tendrils that resemble hair which may be used as sensory organs, and square, clampy hands that might be cybernetic. It is possible that they might be cyborgs of a type and the clampy hands are used as a form of remote control for their own technology. The hypothesis is further supported by the fact that they're able to take photos and print them from their mouths.
History[]
These aliens have received transmissions from classic shows such as I Love Lucy and became fans. They sent three ambassadors to Earth (probably with a form of spacecraft that travels at a fraction of the speed of light) where they made contact with three Human teenagers, met Milton Berle and carried comedic elderly Humans on board their spaceship back to their homeworld.
