This unnamed humanoid species was seen on Earth when one of its members crash-landed in a junkyard and was forced to combat dozens of dimwitted Humans sent to retrieve a corpse from the crash site.

The face of the aliens
Members of this species are tall, bulky, digitigrade humanoids, standing notably taller than Humans and bearing only three fingers per hand. Little is known of their body's appearance, as their only known member was seen with a full-body spacesuit, but it is known that their heads are not Human-like in shape, noticeably more oblong and somewhat piscine, bearing pale blue skin and black, round eyes with small pupils. While less agile than Humans, they are considerably stronger, able to easily rip the heads off of Humans and shrug off being tackled or struck with metal poles. Members of this species cannot breathe oxygen, requiring fully sealed suits to survive on Earth, but what gas they normally breathe is unknown.
Culture and society[]
Little is known of the society of this species, but their spaceship routes are known to go by Earth, and interstellar pilots of this species carry a considerable amount of deadly traps aboard their ships. Additionally, while they do not actively seek out conflicts with the natives of less advanced worlds, they are known to preemptively set up traps to keep natives away if forced to land on such a planet, such as to make repairs. They only directly engage those who provoke them by attacking them directly or tripping one of their traps, although the aliens also show no qualms with killing children who get caught tripping traps or working alongside other perceived hostiles. Additionally, the aliens take other measures against perceived threats if the threat escalates, such as setting up robotic sentries that actively seek threats and reanimating corpses of natives to use as extra sentries. Despite resorting to very violent defensive measures, aliens are also known to sometimes communicate directly with perceived threats, telling them to stay away to not be harmed, and also do not attack anyone who they do not see as a threat, often just walking by them. The language of this species is unknown, but very distinct from English, written with symbols that do not resemble any Earth language.
Technology[]
This species has developed highly advanced technology, such as spacecraft equipped with cloaking fields and enough armor to survive crashing into terrain while remaining mostly intact, and can presumably be repaired with 21st century Human-made materials. Their ships do not have any known armaments, but have a defense system that burns anyone who touches it with exposed flesh, able to completely burn away Human limbs in a short time. While the aliens have access to sophisticated robotics, including a hovering spherical robot with an electric tool that can be used for repairs, and a shark-like robot with a holographic dorsal fin that is capable of "swimming" through dirt and quickly tearing apart Humans, they are also capable of creating similarly sophisticated humanoid robots out of Human scrap, and powering their scrap robots with a palm-sized glowing blue spherical device. These sphere devices can also resurrect living beings, even severed parts of living beings, as near-mindless zombies that do not feel pain, do not need brains to function, and are hostile to other living beings, although removing the device will kill the zombie.
Alien exosuits, meant to keep them alive on worlds that are inhospitable to them, are fully sealed and well-armored, impervious to all conventional ballistic weaponry and physical damage. They are colored white, with black joints, a respirator over the alien's nose and mouth, and a visor that is normally opaque but can become clear. There is presumably a sphere power device somewhere on their suits, as they can reanimate and directly control dead body parts they hold with a spark of blue energy, the same type of energy seen in the sphere devices, able to use the heads of other species as organic translators through this technology. Additionally, alien exosuits possess holographic displays that can be projected from their wrists, showing them the status of their ships and traps. Alien traps in question vary in function, but most are buried in the ground and are activated when a tiny tree-shaped antennae-like trigger is tripped. Buried alien traps are known to consist of metal wires that flick out with enough speed to dismember Humans, freezing gas capable of freezing Humans enough to shatter within seconds, and traps that suck targets underground before launching them into the air at high speed, killing them with the fall. One alien trap is not buried, and takes the form of an egg carrying a great number of alien slugs.
History[]
In 2010, a member of this species was flying near Earth when his spaceship suffered critical engine failure, forcing him to crash-land in a junkyard of a rural town in the southern United States, known as Tomstown. The ship crashed through the roof of a warehouse in the center of the junkyard, right next to the body of Tom Mazurski, an abusive husband who had just been murdered by his long-suffering mother-in-law. Ignoring the corpse, the alien cloaked his ship and began looking for materials to repair it with, before seeing a group of three drunk and armed Humans. The alien watched one of the Humans, but then ducked away before the Human could turn, making the Human accidentally shoot one of his companions, Dwayne. The other surviving Human, Jack, then tried to touch the ship, burning his arm away, as the alien came up behind the two. As Jack ran off, the other turned to look at the alien, shooting him in the chest with a shotgun, which had no effect. Now seeing the Human as a threat, the alien smacked him away, and when the Human tried to hit the alien with a metal pole, the alien took it from him and impaled the Human through the stomach, killing him, before throwing his body to the edge of the junkyard. Afterwards, the alien set up a number of deadly traps around the junkyard, seeking to keep all Humans off the property until his ship was repaired.
Megan, Tom's wife, and her mother, who sought to claim Tom's inheritance and life insurance money, which could only be claimed if they presented a body, discovered the presence of the alien. Observing the alien setting up his traps, and finding that the police did not believe their story, Megan and her mother offered $100,000 to anyone who could retrieve the body. Dozens of dimwitted, arrogant, and trigger-happy Humans from all over town began arriving at the junkyard, although almost immediately, they began falling victim to traps, while the alien observed them and kept working on his ship. Three marines managed to find the alien, surrounding him, but the alien had stood right in between three of its launch-traps, which the marines stepped on, killing them. The alien then found the remains of a karate instructor who joined the challenge, sliced apart by wire traps, along with his child students, who he had dragged with him. The alien confronted the only surviving karate student, who had inadvertently tripped the wire trap, and seeing the child as another threat, promptly kills him and rips his head off. The alien then found another group of Humans, using the student's head as a translator, telling the Humans that he only wished to repair his spacecraft, warning them that he will kill any who provoke him, before dropping the head and simply walking away from the Humans. That night, the alien constructed a robotic shark to serve as an automated sentry. The next morning, the alien watched as the shark killed a woman who crossed into its territory, and also found the woman's boyfriend, who had been killed by a freeze trap, touching the man's body and shattering his torso.
The next day, the alien constructed a robot out of scrap metal, powering it with a spherical alien device and used it as another sentry. The robot killed a group of football players who entered the challenge, although one managed to get past the robot and found the alien. Seeing the player's hostility, the alien beckoned for him to engage, easily blocking the player's subsequent tackle attempt, before ripping the player's head off and throwing it to a group of spectating cheerleaders. That night, after observing the Humans some more and finding the robot destroyed, the alien retrieved its power core and placed it in the body of a priest who had joined the challenge, resurrecting the priest as a zombie who was impervious to all harm, but before he could kill a group of other Humans, one of them managed to use a chainsaw to cut the device out of the priest's chest, returning him to death. Shortly afterwards, as the sun began to rise, all but two of the Humans had killed each other in a mad dash for Tom's corpse, just as the alien was finishing repairs on his ship. As the alien finished up, The two Humans tried to confront the alien, but one, named Bradan, was scared of the scrap robot's remains, which were brought back to the warehouse, and tipped the alien off to their location. They tried to fight the alien, and although they couldn't do any damage to him, they managed to activate the machine gun of the scrap robot and have it fire at the alien, which successfully held the alien at bay as the two escaped. An alien repair robot used to help fix the ship managed to turn off the gun, allowing the alien to finally take off and leave the planet.
