The algors were self-aware computers found on the Retread Shop.
Design[]
The algors were a culture of self-aware devices with their own secretive rules in comparison to organics. They were found in most any type of software on the Retread Shop helping to control AM fuel and defenses. Though some were hardwire into locations, a few could appear physically in shells such as beryllium globes with sensors. Algors were a major power in the politics of Retread Shop though they refrained from using it and were content to keep the balance between the many alien races.
