They appear with Cyan Skins, 3 Eyes with Dark Green Irises, A Gourd-like Head with a Large Chin and underbite, and a pair of chapped lips. He also wears an Eyepatch, A beige federation uniform, exposing his stomach under his Brown Belt and his pants and shoes.
He is a member of the Federation league of planets and seen in the Comet Lounge, whether he is unspecified as a member of an unnamed species which he was named as "Federation Veteran". He has an unknown voice actor, which he is uncredited in the Credits of Wise Guys.
